After adding the selected goods to the cart, you can place an order with the most convenient way of receipt and payment for you!

Payment terms

In the online store Petplanet.lv at the moment it is possible to pay by:

• Bank transfer

- Pay through any bank.
When placing an order, all you have to do is choose the most convenient way to receive the goods!
After the chosen type of receipt of goods, we will immediately send you an invoice, which will show the purchased product and the method of receipt and the cost of the type of receipt!

- Pay for the product with a bank credit card, debit card or cash upon receipt of the product, except in one of our stores Petpalnet.lv

You pay for the product with a Visa or MasterCard credit card on the spot at the office or by paying in one of the Petplanet stores.

Delivery to 86 Omniva parcel terminals throughout Latvia

Product payment method - prepayment (internet bank or payment card);

Maximum weight of the product - 30 kg;

Product size limits (Width x Length x Height) - Large cabinet: 38 x 64 x 41cm; Medium locker: 38 x 64 x 19cm; Small locker: 38 x 64 x 8cm;

When the ordered product is delivered to the specified Omniva receiving point, you will receive an SMS with a code to remove the package, which must be entered into the parcel terminal. The order must be removed within 6 days.

DELIVERY BY COURIER

Door-to-door delivery to any place in Latvia and worldwide!

Delivery is suitable if you want to receive the product at home.

Delivery of the goods will take place 1-2 working days after the customer consultant has informed you (by phone or e-mail) that your order has been prepared.
